Seeding Rate: Eight viable seeds per foot in 30" rows.  
Soil Type: Appling coarse sandy loam.
Soil Test: P = Medium, K = Medium, and pH = 6.0.
Fertilization: 28 lb N, 56 lb P2O5, and 84 lb K2O/acre.
Previous Crop: Sorghum silage.
Management: Moldboard plowed and rototilled; Lasso used for weed control.
