5. CV = 18.2% and df for EMS = 52.
6. The F-test indicated no statistical differences at the alpha = .10 probability level; therefore, a LSD value was not calculated.
7. CV = 17.4% and df for EMS = 34.
8. CV = 10.7% and df for EMS = 62.

Planted: May 13, 1999.
Harvested: Maturity Group V - October 19, 1999.  
Maturity Group VI - October 19, 1999.  
Maturity Groups VII & VIII - November 10, 1999.  
Seeding Rate: Eight viable seeds per foot in 30" rows.
Soil Type: Dothan loamy sand.
Soil Test: P = Medium, K = Medium, and pH = 6.0.
Fertilization: 33 lb N, 66 lb P2O5, and 99 lb K2O/acre.
Previous Crop: Peanut.
Management: Subsoiled, bedded, and rototilled; one cultivation used for weed control; methyl parathion used for insect control.
